Maple Weekends are March 21-22 & 28-29, 2026!  We will be OPEN 10:00- 4:00 all 4 days!  FREE 1-hour hiking tours with maple sample tasting flights will be happening at the top of every hour.  Last tour runs at 3:00pm.  We do not take reservations for weekend tours, just stop in!  The Farm Shop will be fully stocked with Maple Syrup, Maple Cream, Maple Sugar, Maple Candy, Beef, Pork, Chicken, Eggs, baked goods by Sweet Pea Bakery and all your favorite pantry provisions!  We also have lots of NEW Maple goodies this year!  
 

TOURS:  Meet under the pavilion of the blue barn at the top of every hour.  We will be touring “backwards” from finished maple syrup to the tap in the tree.  We will start at the evaporator, visit the reverse osmosis machine, vacuum pump house and see lots of sap tubing along the way to a tap in a maple tree!  Hiking terrain is flat but muddy so be sure to wear boots.  Tours end in the greenhouse for a maple sample tasting flight.

TIPS:  There will be mud so boots and a change of clothes for kids are a great idea.  We will have porta potty bathrooms and primitive hand wash stations on the backside of the blue barn.  The ground is uneven so taking a stroller or wagon on the tour will be difficult.  Backpack or pouch carriers for littles work fantastic!  We tour in all types of weather so warm clothing is a good idea.  The outdoor portion of the tour runs about 40 minutes.  The evaporator will be running so the area surrounding will be extremely hot!  Important to keep in mind for curious hands.
